Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you aren’t entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund your item/s as long as the item/s are unused or unworn and are returned in the original packaging within 14 days of dispatch.
Please enclose a copy of the returns policy filled in with the relevant information.

Please note if the item is deemed faulty Tsonga will cover the costs of the return postage and postage of replacement item if applicable.
For change of mind returns please note that postage costs will be covered by the purchaser.
Change of mind returns will not be refunded for shipping costs.
Can I return an item for a cash refund?
We do not offer cash refunds. Purchases made by credit card or EFT can be refunded using the same method in which the purchase was made.
My shoes have a warranty fault. What do I do?
If you receive a faulty item, please notify our Customer Service Department
at firstname.lastname@example.org providing the following:
The order/receipt number
A short description of the issue
Picture/s clearly showing the problem
Shipping address for replacement product
Once returned, goods will be inspected for manufacturing faults. Items deemed subject to reasonable wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty in which case you will be notified and the item/s will be returned to you at our own expense.
Can I return a pair of Tsonga shoes that I bought from another retailer?
Unfortunately not. Any Tsonga item that was not bought from our Tsonga concept store or online at www.tsonga.com.au must be returned to the store from which it was purchased. All returns must be accompanied by the proof of purchase.
